In the gym, athletes work on skills like contextual strength, movement coordination, mobility, hypertrophy and more. The focus will be on speed, explosivity, change of direction and duel power.
Field training sessions
On the field, athletes will work on movement optimization in running, jumping, changes in direction, endurance and quick recovery. Next to these physical qualities, athletes will also work on their sports specific skills, like dribbling, passing, shooting and overall ball control.
Physical treatments sessions
Treatment sessions focus on recovery optimization by massages. Release and activation techniques restore optimal motor functions while also treating muscle soreness. At the same time, small pains and long lasting aches can be eliminated.
Performance nutrition consult
Each program includes a performance nutrition consult with custom guidelines for what to eat and drink during days of training, match and recovery.
